CSS Chicora Productions' FIELD of VALOR
Field of Valor is a combination of rules from several other infantry games. The
other rules were built on the same systems. Thus for FoV all that was required
was to collect much of the info into one set of rules. The point system is the what
allows warriors from all time periods to compete against each other. Points are
paid for armor, weapons, morale and amount of training. Below are several of
the rule sets info was taken from. Block army info is not included. $9.95

Each rules above set is $9.95.
CLAYMORE. Rules for combat using bladed weapons. All known blades are listed
or will match one listed. This is single figure combat. Most players can handle
4 figures at one time. Great for tournaments.
SKIRMISHERS. Rules for single figure combat 1780 to 1880. Especially the ACW
and Indian Wars. Various weapons are available to choose from. There are
rules for a block army version. Fantasy figures for this period are available,
especially or the Nappy wars. Army lists are included.
GUN FIGHT. A quick and easy version of a wild, wild west shoot-out. The Hit Matix
is added for advance players. This is a great way to introduce kids to
wargaming.
S.Q.P Napoleonics. Old fashion block army combat. Units are @8 to 12 men.
Players usually play with @ 16 infantry, 2 cav and 2 artillery units. Rules are
easy to play but historical. Army lists are included.
R.A.M. Rules for Ancient Miniatures. This is a series of rules in one book. Each is
a different type of combat. All use the same basic info for types of soldiers.
You can play a vanguard skirmish action on friday night and the main armies
on saturday. Covers armies from 2000bc to @1200ad. No guns.
Block Army, Single figures, Fantasy and Naval. Army lists are included.

The sheets below are from the FoV rules. The other rules offer
much more for that type of combat.
This is the player's record sheet from
Skirmishers. It is typical of the sheets in
the other rules. The matrix at the top is
the hit matrix. Records where single
figures were hit. The few tables used all
the time. At the bottom record info on
your men.
